Company Profile
The Company was incorporated as "Ganon Trading & Finance Co. Limited" on July 02, 1985 as a Public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 (“the Act”) vide Certificate of Registration No. 36708 of 1985 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further, the Company was issued a Certificate for Commencement of Business pursuant to section 149 (3) of the said Act on July 11, 1985 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Registered Office of the Company was situated at 401A, Natwar Chambers, 94, Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 023 as on the date of incorporation and at present it is situated at Office No. 304, Khodal Chamber, R.B. Mehta Marg, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai 400077. On January 20, 1987, the Equity Shares of the Company were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited.
The Company has changed its name from "Ganon Trading & Finance Co. Limited" to "Ganon Products Limited" vide special resolution passed on February 15, 2018. Company has also received Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Name Change from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated February 23, 2018.
At Present the paid up share capital of the Company consisting of 93,31,000 Equity Shares of nominal value of Rs. 10/- each amounts to Rs. 9,33,10,000/-
M/s. R.V. Luharuka & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants are currently functioning Statutory Auditors of the Company.
M/s. Linkintime India Private Limited is appointed as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company.
The Company is engaged in Trading activity of goods in the wholesale segment.
